Mintra Hotel Vientiane

Nice hotel in a really good location. Walkable to restaurant, bars, laundry, coffee, night markets and more. Slept well, everything worked great, nice pool, good water pressure and hot water. AC was great. Good parking space for us. Great staff.

My wife said the room smells like a gym or locker room. The body odor in the room was quickly noticeable. Breakfast was underwhelming and not very good.

Food is excellent location is a fantastic I grew up in the area I love every bit of it

The floor in the room where I was staying needs to be cleaned better very bad paint job you can improve that I think it would look great just let your employees know and focus on the job better

I enjoyed how attentive and genuine the staff was. Thank you for the accommodations! I liked the small butterfly pea tea upon checking in. Favorite parts were the lobby, service, and the pool/ roof top view!!

There was a strange hand print on the inside of the door even after wiping it myself. There was also a little bit of water mold (pink and black) around the caulk in the shower. I'm a big smell person and I feel like the smell inside the room was slightly off putting. It could have smelled better inside, and my other family members said the smell intensified after turning on the AC.

Incredibly clean and modern hotel close to the Night Market and great bakeries/coffee shops. Rooftop pool area provided glimpse of the Mekong River and the surrounding skyline.

Too much “air freshener” in the lobby. It was very overwhelming when entering.

Wonderful hotel - great staff. The location is in a wonderful part of town with the night market nearby and plenty of restaurants and bars. Our room was extremely comfortable. A great value for money compared to some of the other more expensive hotels nearby. We spend some time at the pool which was nice (comfortable lounge chairs, wonderful view of the city, pool side service for food and drinks). We decided to have a few drinks in the evening after dinner on the top floor. Great views - not too crowded. We had some food by the pool (sashimi, spring rolls) and was very good. Didn't opt for the breakfast as went to some cafes around the corner (Coco & Co for great breakfasts). We would recommend the Mantra if looking for a nicer hotel that is still a great value.

This is a very good hotel with a great location.Our room was spacious and well equipped, the bathroom was a good size and always smelt fresh due to air purifier.The hotel is immaculate with a good outside area with a small pool.Breakfast was good with lots of choice and the staff were very friendly and professional.If you are in Vientiane I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Despite the balcony not being large the hotel should supply a couple of chairs to sit on, when we were on the balcony we had to stand. Perhaps this is something they should look at.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel, very kind and professional staff. However, try to avoid the rooms on the street, which can be noisy until late at night due to a motorbyke rental below

Good location and a comfortable room. But it was a impersonal and not a welcomming hotel. The pool had too hot water. I stayed only one night.

The staff is really nice and upgraded me to a suite upon arrival. Linda is awesome and helped me book a few things too. The suites are massive, more than a single guy needs for sure. The bed is nice and comfortable. It's easy to get everywhere from the hotel and Tuk tuks are waiting just down on the corner if you need one.

Everything is perfect, from the staff to the room. Excellent breakfast, nice swimming pool and the position is strategic to wander around, so close to the night market.

Such a nice hotel! Bed was super comfy, good AC, great amenities in the room (hair dryer, fridge/ mini bar, all the toiletries you could need, robes, slippers and kettle with tea and coffee). Pool was great and they have a supply of pool towels up there. AC in the gym with free water and face towels. Bar/ restaurant on the rooftop with great views of the river/ sunset. Spa was great too and 30% off for guests of the hotel
